The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address. 2.1 Account Verification

399bid reserves the right to request identity verification documents from any registered player at any time. Verification may be required before processing a withdrawal, following a change to account details, or as part of a routine compliance review. 2.2 Single Account Policy

• All accounts associated with the same individual will be closed.

2.3 Account Security

Where there is reasonable suspicion that an account may be held by a minor, the account will be suspended pending verification. If the account holder is confirmed to be under 18:

• The account will be permanently closed.
• All funds, including deposits and any winnings, will be forfeited.

Where bonus abuse is identified, 399bid reserves the right to void the bonus, reverse any associated winnings, and suspend or permanently close the account concerned.

5.3 Bonus Opt-Out

Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

6.3 Personal Use Only

Your 399bid account is for your personal use only. You must not allow any other person to place bets, access games, make deposits or withdrawals, or operate your account in any way on your behalf. Operating an account on behalf of a third party is a breach of these Terms regardless of whether any financial benefit is involved.

Players may request the closure of their 399bid account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Account closure requests are processed within 24 hours of receipt. Upon closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in the account will be returned to the player's registered payment method following completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

7.1 Voluntary Closure

Where an account is closed by 399bid due to a breach of these Terms, any bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited. Verified real-money deposits may be returned at 399bid's discretion following a full compliance review, which may take up to 30 days.

7.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. 399bid will notify registered players by email prior to any administrative action on dormant accounts. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 399bid's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the Platform — whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player during the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8.1 No Liability for Gaming Losses

8.4 Indemnity

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless 399bid and its directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform in breach of these Terms, your violation of any applicable law, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
